Why am I doing this? Life can get hard (especially in these times) and I want you to succeed at your self-care. Especially for those people who are feeling down and out now.

I know sometimes we can put ourselves at the bottom of our list each day, but it’s important to try to make ourselves a priority.

Each day we get a fresh new day to start over and to just try to do something nice for our self. No one said that you have to be perfect, you just have to keep trying.

When you miss a day, forget about it and just keep going.

Here Are Some Ideas to Put in Your Free Self-Care Tracker:

The self care habit tracker that I’m giving you has blank spaces for you to fill in whatever self-care habit you want to track. As an example, I just typed in a few habits below in this picture.

1. Did You Shower Today?

For some people this might come easy and for others not so easy. If you want to keep track of this, just put it on this self care tracker so that you won’t forget.

2. How Many Times Did You Brush Your Teeth?

You can write in how many times or if you always do 2 or 3 times a day just put in a checkmark.

3. Did You Floss Your Teeth Today?

Now this habit might either come easy to others or not so easy. Flossing is always an excellent habit to maintain healthy teeth.

4. Did You Moisturize Your Face?

This habit is so important to start off early in life for both females and males. Moisturizing your face can help prevent your skin from cracking, which prevents wrinkles.

If you didn’t start off early, that’s OK. Start today. J

5. Waxing or Shaving

You always feel better if you wax or shave as often as you need to. If you like to pluck or shape your eyebrows you can put that here as well.

6. How Many Glasses of Water Did You Have Today?

You can write in how many glasses of water you had for the day. So that you can start to eventually get up to 8 glasses per day if that is your normal amount.

7. Did You Exercise Today?

This section just reminds you to exercise or do some kind of movement today.

8. How Many Fruits and Vegetables Did You Have Today?

In this section you can write in the number of vegetables and then the number of fruits you had for the day.

I really need to improve on this one in order to get the recommended value per day.

9. Maintain a Regular Bedtime

In order to maintain a good sleeping cycle, it’s a good idea to go to bed and wake up at the same time you set each day. You can track and see if over the month if you went to bed at the same time each night.

Or you can also track if you are getting up early at the same time as well.

10. Are You Getting at Least 8 Hours of Sleep Each Day?

Wow, I would have to say that getting a good night’s rest is so extremely important to your self-care!

I know that whenever I don’t get enough sleep everything becomes harder for me to do that day and it can affect my mood as well.

Ever wonder why you didn’t get much done in a day? Check how much sleep you got. Track it over the month.

11. How Are You Feeling Today?

You can just draw in a happy face or a sad face or even split the box diagonally and you can put in 2 different moods.

For example, your day might have started off bad but something great happened at the end. So, I would put in both a sad face and a happy face. LOL!

12. No Spending Habit

If you want to track and see how often you are spending you can put that here. It’s always great to celebrate that you didn’t spend today! Hooray!

Financial self-care is so important for your happiness as well.

13. Did You Take Any Vitamins Today?

If you take daily vitamins this is just a reminder to take them.

14. Write Daily in a Gratitude Journal

At the end of each day it’s always a good idea to write down what you are grateful for that day. I try to do this each day.

Some days when you are in a bad mood you might think that you have nothing to be grateful for, but if you force yourself to think about it something does come into your mind.

Then you can say, “Oh, that’s right this good thing happened today.” Or just the fact that you are grateful for your eyesight, etc. or something that you might take for granted.

15. Reflect Before You Start the Month and At the End of the Month

At the end of the self-care habit tracker there are a few questions you can answer before the month starts and then after the month ends.

You can always erase those questions and put in your own that you want to ask yourself at the beginning of the month and then at the end.
